Front cover
My front cover of the magazine has got a good layout because it is not too crowded and doesn't have too many pictures.
The fonts are all bold and easy to read but the only writing that is hard to read is the subheading which says 'exam success at the Castle School' because it over the top of the pictures and it is in yellow writing.
The information on the front cover of the magazine is relevant to the school and so are the pictures as they are of the school and pupils at the school.
On the front of my magazine I have got the logo of the school, pictures, information, prices, addresses and titles and this is all that is needed on the front of a magazine.
This is appropriate for my target audience because it is aimed at young children and it does not have too much information for young children and it has a lot of pictures which makes it interesting for a younger audience.
Contents page
On my contents page I have got a few pictures of the school, the Castle School logo, what is in the magazine and also a section of information at the bottom including top stories etc.
The fonts are all the same as they were on the title page and they are also in the same colours to keep the same house style.
The target audience will like my contents page as it is interesting for younger children because of the pictures that I have on there, also it does not have too much detail and it is quite simple which is better for younger children.
